“Pastor Steve” Wood is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife of 25 years, Lois, are passionate about “reaching the next generation”. Recently, working together to bring a community approach to a fragmented world. Through, outreach to a multi-congregational ministry and local non-profit to provide for the “least of these”. Steve and Lois are graduates of Mid-America Nazarene University. Lois is a 6th grade teacher at Madison County Elementary School where God laid on her and Steve’s hearts the burden of ministering to “the next generation”. Steve, while pastoring in Mississippi, completed a Masters in Counseling. In 1992, when He moved back to his high school stomping grounds of Huntsville, he completed a Masters in education. They have three college age sons.
