TEAM LEADER - OVERSEES AREAS LISTED BELOW, RECRUITS A TEAM OF HELPERS FOR THE AREA AND MEETS MONTHLY WITH DTN DIRECTOR.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN LEAD Building sets; set up/tear down of tents, backdrops for sets, signs, large props--need availability: Saturdays before and daytime the week of natvity.
Maintain inventory for lights, fixtures, electrical cords; set up lighting and electrical feeds for all scenes troubleshoot during production; oversee production of CDs; need to have daytime availability the week of the nativity.
Line up 80-100 volunteers to work in scenes, assign people to scenes and time slots, coordinate teams of set managers, direct a "dress rehearsal" at each scene, direct and oversee drama participants during DTN scene changes.
Assign costumes to participants; oversee inventory, repair, laundering and storage of costumes; costume construction; gather and place props in all scenes.
Line up people to prepare soups and bake cookies for DTN crew of 100 people each night; supervise food prep, kitchen workers, servers for each night.
Secure 500 milk jugs, candles and sand; supervise preparation-cutting, filling, placing, lighting.
Line up newspaper ads, radio spots, billboards, "free tickets", announcements.
Line up camels and sheep; provide care for sheep the week of the DTN.
